Define Event
Here you can add an event, event date, event in-charge and its participants by selecting them from the list.
It will be more helpful to create event groups such as sports meets, cultural meets, excursions, field trips, etc. for sending notifications and downloading the list of participants for certificate printing.
How to Define Event?
Step 1: Click on “Add New” button.
Step 2: Enter "Event Description"
Step 3: Add home work "Title"
Step 4: Choose "Start & End Date"
Step 5: Choose "Incharge" staff.
Step 6: Click on “Add” button.
Step 7: Switch to "Students" page.
Step 8: Click on “Add Student Participants” button.
Step 9: Choose "Class, Section & Student" from the dropdown menu.
Step 10: Click "Create" for single entry / "Create+" for multiple entries.
Step 11: Switch to "Staffs" page.
Step 12: Click on “Add Staff Participants” button.
Step 13: Choose "Role & Staff" from the dropdown menu.
Step 14: Click "Create" for a single entry / "Create+" for multiple entries.
Step 15: Click on “Update” button.
Step 16: Click “Back to List” to get back to the Define Events listing page.
How to Update & Download Certificate?
Step 1: Click on “Update Certificate” action button.
Step 2: Scroll down to the student participants.
Step 3: From the dropdown menu next to the student participants' names, choose the "Position" they acquired.
Step 4: Click on “Update” button.
Step 5: Click “Back to List” to get back to the events listing page.
Step 6: Click on “Download Certificate” action button to download the certificates.
Note: Event Certificates should be designed beforehand @ Certificate Generation Module.
