Here you can file complaints on Students / Employee / Parent, the institutional heads can decide on the course of action as well.

 

How to add Discipline Register details?

 

Step 1: Click on “Add New” button.

Step 2: Select "Discipline Type"

Step 3: From the "Complaint on" drop down menu, select "Students / Employee / Parent" as the subject of the complaint.

Step 4: Select respective details of the Student / Employee / Parent

Step 5: Enter "Complaint Description & Mobile number"

Step 6: Click “Add” button at the bottom

Step 7: Click “Back to List” to get back to the Discipline Register listing page.

 

How to take Action on the Complaints?

 

Step 1: Click on “Action Taken” button.

Step 2: Select "Action Taken Status"

Step 3: Select "Action Taken By Role"

Step 4: Select "Action Taken By"

Step 5: Select "Action Taken Note"

Step 6: Click “Save” button at the bottom.
