Polling Announcement
Here you can define a new election/poll, election/poll date, election officer, time limit, etc.
You can fix the election candidate and participant details for each election.
Students can cast their votes within the election date and time from their login or app.
How to add Polling Announcement?
Step 1: Click on “Add New” button.
Step 2: Enter "Poll Description"
Step 3: Choose "Polling Commencing Date & Last Date"
Step 4: Choose "Election Officer" from the dropdown menu.
Step 5: Choose "Voters Type" from the dropdown menu.
Step 6: Check "Is Active" box.
Step 7: Choose "Classes / Events" for the class wise students / event participants voter type.
Step 8: Click “Add” button at bottom.
Step 9: Scroll down to Polling Description & Click "Add Polling Options" button.
Step 10: Enter "Polling option Description"
Step 11: Click Create for a single entry / Create+ for multiple entries.
Step 12: Click “Update” button at bottom.
Step 13: Click “Back to List” to get back to the Polling Announcement listing page.
