Withdraw Students

 

Whenever you are issuing a Transfer Certificate to a Student, you need to put a withdrawal entry for that particular student to deactivate that record for next year. Here you can Add and Maintain a list of students who have withdrawn from the institution.

 

How to Withdraw Students?

 

Step 1: Click on “Add New” button.

Step 2: Choose "Withdrawn Date"

Step 3: Select Class, Section & Student.

Step 4: Choose "Class while leaving school"

Step 5: Enter "Reason for Leaving" the school.

Step 6: Click “Add” button at the bottom.

Step 7: Click “Back to List” to get back to the Withdraw Students listing page.
