Define Complaint Types
Here you can create different complaint types to categorize them in the Complaint Register.
You can edit or delete the records at anytime.
How to Define Complaint Types?
Step 1: Click on “Add New” button.
Step 2: Enter "Complaint Types"
Step 3: Enter "Description"
Step 4: Check "Is Active" box.
Step 5: Click on “Add” button.
Step 6: Click “Back to List” to get back to the Complaint Types listing page.
