Define Items
Here you can add new item details like price, opening quantity, re-order quantity, etc.
The item details can be edited at any time, but it can be deleted only if there is no record found in stock transactions linked to that particular item.
How to Define Items?
Step 1: Click on “Add New” button.
Step 2: Choose "Item Category" from the dropdown menu
Step 3: Enter "Item Description"
Step 4: Choose "Unit of Measurement" from the dropdown menu
Step 5: Choose "Store" from the dropdown menu
Step 6: Choose "HSN Code" from the dropdown menu
Step 7: Enter "Opening Stock"
Step 8: Enter "Opening Stock Value"
Step 9: Enter "Reorder Quantity"
Step 10: Enter "Notes"
Step 11: Check "Is Active" box
Step 12: Click on “Add” button.
Step 13: Click “Back to List” to get back to the Define Items listing page.
