Define Leave Type

 

Here you can add different leave type names like casual leave, emergency leave, etc and its maximum limit per employee and the associated pay details.

 

It can be edited at any time, but it can be deleted only if no employee fills out the data in this leave type for leave application.

 

How to Define Leave Type?

 

Step 1: Click on “Add New” button.

Step 2: Enter "Leave Type & Short Name"

Step 3: Enter "Maximum days per year"

Step 4: Check /Uncheck "Loss of Pay" box.

Step 5: Check "Is Active" box.

Step 6: Click on “Add” button.

Step 7: Click “Back to List” to get back to the Leave Type listing page.
