Define Vehicles

 

Here you can define the vehicles, add vehicle specifications and details, keep track of FC and Insurance dates etc.,

 

How to Define Vehicles?

 

Step 1: Click "Add New" Button.

Step 2: Enter "Vehicle Number, Registration Number, Model, Manufacturing Year"

Step 3: Enter "No of Seats"

Step 4: Choose "Vehicle Ownership" type from the dropdown menu.

Step 5: Choose "FC Date & Insurance Date"

Step 6: Add "Vehicle Tracking URL"

Step 7: Check "Is Active" box

Step 8: Click “Add” button at bottom.

Step 9: Click “Back to List” to get back to the Define Vehicles listing page.
