Employee Master
Here you can enter employee details like role, department, designation, name, contact, date of joining, qualification, uploading photo, etc.
It is categorized into five parts such as Employee Information, Transport / Hostel Details, Payroll Details and Bank Details.
How to enter Employee Details?
Step 1: Click on “Add New” button.
Step 2: Enter the employee details like role, department, designation, name, contact, date of joining, qualification, uploading photo, etc.
Step 3: Click “Add” button at bottom.
Step 4: Enter the transport route and stop or hostel accommodation and food details. The fee will be shown at the bottom for the selected criteria.
Step 5: Enter the pay roll details of the employee.
Step 6: Enter bank details of the employee.
Step 7: Upload the required document files for each employee. (It has to configured at Systems Settings -> Digi Locker)
Step 8: Click “Update” button at bottom.
Step 9: Click “Back to List” to get back to the Employee Master listing page.
