Here you can add basic health details about the students and make a note of the medical history / disease / disorder / special need the student has.
How to Define Illness & Treatment?
Step 1: Click on “Add New” button.
Step 2: Choose "Entry date, Class, Section & Student" from the dropdown menu
Step 3: Enter "Blood Group, Height, Weight & Blood Pressure" details
Step 4: Answer the questions on the Students' health history that are listed below.
Step 5: Click “Add” button at bottom.
Step 6: Click “Back to List” to get back to the Define Illness & Treatment listing page.
