Infirmary First Aid Records

 

Here, you can keep track of student illnesses that have been reported and the prompt actions taken, such as notifying the parents, taking the student to the hospital, returning the student to their home, etc.

 

How to add Infirmary First Aid Records?

 

Step 1: Click on “Add New” button.

Step 2: Choose "Date & Out Time"

Step 3: Check "Informed to Parent" box (if informed)

Step 4: Choose "Class, Section & Student"

Step 5: Enter "Which place is the student taken to?"

Step 6: Enter "Going along with"

Step 7: Enter "Reason"

Step 8: Click “Add” button at bottom.

Step 9: Click “Back to List” to get back to the Infirmary First Aid Records listing page.
