Define Academic Fees
Here you can define the fees for different heads.
You can edit the records at anytime but you can delete a Fee Head only if there is no receipt entry under this class /course.
Note: Before entering fee structure of a particular class / course you need to define the different fee heads in Define Fee Heads.
How to Define Academic Fees?
Step 1: Click on “Add New” button.
Step 2: Select "Entry Date"
Step 3: Enter "Academic Fees details"
Step 4: Select "Applicable Classes"
Step 5: Click “Add” button at bottom.
Step 6: Switch to "Applicable Fees" page
Step 7: Click on “Add” button.
Step 8: Choose "Fees Description"
Step 9: Enter "Fee Amount"
Step 10: Select "Due Date"
Step 11: Click “Add” button at bottom.
Step 12: Switch to "Fees Vouchers" page
Step 13: Click on “Generate Fee Vouches” button to generate vouchers.
Step 14: Click “Back to List” to get back to the Academic Fees listing page.
