Define Account Group

 

Here you can place the Account names under a predefined account groups, for example you can place various fees collected such as lab fees, tuition fees, special class fees under the "Fees Receivable" account group.

 

How to Define Account Group?

 

Step 1: Click on “Add New” button.

Step 2: Enter "Account Group Name"

Step 3: Choose "Under Account Group" from the dropdown menu.

Step 4: Check "Is Active" box.

Step 5: Click on “Add” button.

Step 6: Click “Back to List” to get back to the Define Account Group listing page.
