Postal Dispatch
Here you can keep track of the post/courier/parcel dispatched details such as date, reference number, address, and so on, which will be useful for future follow-up.
How to add data on Posts Dispatched?
Step 1: Click on “Add New” button.
Step 2: Enter "Reference Number"
Step 3: Choose "User Type" from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: Choose "Class & Section / Employee Role" from the dropdown menu.
Step 5: Choose "From Name"
Step 6: Enter "To Address & Note"
Step 7: Click on “Add” button.
Step 8: Click “Back to List” to get back to the Postal Received listing page.
