Here you can maintain complete information about the visitors to your institution to refer in the future.

 

It maintains in-out time, whom to meet, purpose of meeting, contact details, etc., which are more helpful for front office assistance.

 

It has visitor pass printing provisions. You can edit or delete the records at any time.

 

How to add entry in Visitors Register?

 

Step 1: Click on “Add New” button.

Step 2: Choose "Visit Date"

Step 3: Enter "Visitor Name"

Step 4: Choose "Visitors Purpose" from the dropdown menu.

Step 5: Enter "Mobile Number & Whom they want to meet"

Step 6: Enter "In Time & Out Time"

Step 7: Enter "Email ID & Narration "

Step 8: Click on “Add” button.

Step 9: Click “Back to List” to get back to the Visitors Register listing page.
